Description

The AQUA-LOK Cryogenic Water Pump provides up to 80% faster vacuum pump down time by improving water vapor pumping capability. Our unique low profile design allows for quick integration into most pump stacks and does not require compressors or gas lines, reducing the overall cleanroom footprint. The water pump is both energy & cost efficient, requiring less energy to cool down the head which translates into lower operational costs. The regen cycle is short and efficient with a built-in regeneration system. The pump is programmed and operated through a rack mount controller with touchscreen.
